when will your order be shipped;
if you order before 16:00 the same day will be sent, orders after 16:00 will be sent the next day.
when can you expect your order?
when an order status is marked as shipped you can expect your package next day,
but because PostNL no longer delivers on Monday, orders that have been shipped on Saturday can not be expected until Tuesday.
delivery for Belgium takes some time, about 3-4 days.

if you can not choose the desired color of an item, it means that it is not in stock.
During the ordering process, you can choose from the shipping methods below. The possibilities can vary per product. This depends, among other things, on the weight and dimensions of your order. Note: orders are only sent after payment in advance. We do not ship COD because of the relatively high costs involved.

Mailbox (envelopes that fits via letterbox)
Small, light items are sent as a letterbox;
The content of the envelope is only limited; when the maximum content
of the envelope is exceeded your order will be sent as package.
When you pay for your order, the maximum content of the envelope is taken into account.
Package shipment above 500 gr (Packages that can not be delivered via a mailbox)
Your order will be sent in a sturdy box. The shipment is not insured,
but you will receive a Track & Trace barcode with which you can track the shipment via the internet at TRACK & TRACE.
You have 14 days devise time to cancel order, If you have placed an order that you want to cancel,

Exchange and Return
If an item does not meet your expectations, there is the option to exchange or return the item.
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product.
You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning from your home to the webshop are for your own account. These costs are approximately 6.95 per package, 2.60 letterbox post, for the exact rates consult the website of your carrier.
If you use your right of withdrawal, the product with all accessories and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging will be returned to the entrepreneur. To use this right you can contact us via email@example.com. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registration of your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order. After this period, the purchase can no longer be dissolved and is final.
We advise you to first report complaints to us by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. If this does not lead to a solution, then it is possible to register your dispute for mediation via Stichting WebwinkelKeur. From 15 February 2016, it is also possible for consumers in the EU to register complaints via the ODR platform of the European Commission. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint is not dealt with elsewhere yet, you are free to deposit your complaint via the European Union platform.
