Shipping & Returns


When will your order be shipped:


Orders placed before 4:00 PM will be shipped the same day, while orders placed after 4:00 PM will be shipped the next day.


When can you expect your order?


If your order status is marked as 'shipped', you can expect your package the next day. However, please note that PostNL does not deliver on Mondays, so orders shipped on Saturday can be expected on Tuesday.


Delivery to Belgium may take some time, approximately 3-4 days.


We ship your order via PostNL. Visit the PostNL website for more information on receiving packages.


Order Status:

- Processing: your order is being packed and shipped.

- Shipped: your order has been delivered to the post office.

- Stock: all items available for order are in stock. If you cannot choose the desired color of an item, it means it is out of stock.


Shipping Methods:

During the ordering process, you can choose from the following shipping methods. The options may vary per product, depending on the weight and dimensions of your order. Please note: orders are only shipped after prepayment. We do not ship cash on delivery, due to the high associated costs.


Depending on the chosen item, the webshop determines the shipping costs. Small items are shipped for free, while the cost for packages is €6.95. Delivery time: 1-3 working days for letterbox parcels, 1-2 working days for packages.


Letterbox (envelopes that fit through the letterbox):


Small, lightweight items are shipped as letterbox parcels. The contents of the envelope are limited; if the maximum content is exceeded, your order will be shipped as a package. The maximum content of the envelope is taken into account when checking out.


Package shipments over 500 grams (packages that do not fit through the letterbox):


Your order will be shipped in a sturdy box. The shipment is not insured, but you will receive a Track & Trace barcode to track the shipment online.


Cancellation:


You have a 14-day cooling-off period to cancel your order. If you wish to cancel an order, you can contact 2Gadget by phone or email. The email address is info@togadget.nl and the phone number is 0857843225 (between 11:00 AM and 5:00 PM).


Exchange and Returns:

If an item does not meet your expectations, you have the option to exchange or return it. You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the product. The costs of returning the product are at your own expense. For exact rates, please consult the website of your carrier.


Complaints:

We recommend that you first notify us of any complaints by emailing info@togadget.nl. If this does not lead to a solution, you can submit your dispute for mediation via Stichting WebwinkelKeur. As of February 15, 2016, it is also possible for consumers in the EU to submit complaints via the ODR platform of the European Commission. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint has not yet been addressed elsewhere, you are free to submit it via the platform of the European Union.
